Director of Special Education Certification

The Kentucky Education Professional Standards Board issues a five-year Professional Certificate to applicants who:

  • Complete a CA-1 application form (page 5 of the form is sent to EPSB from the university, recommending the appropriate certificate)
  • Make the appropriate payment through ePay online payment service for certification fees. Please note that any other forms of payment are not accepted and will be returned to the applicant.
  • Submit an official transcript showing the completion of coursework for this certificate.
