Certification Fees

Beginning May 2, 2022, payments are only accepted through the KECS Web Portal.  Please note, if a payment is required for your electronic submitted application, the payment will be required as the LAST STEP in the application process before your application is submitted.  Certified/Cashier's Checks or Money Orders received by mail will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the individual.
