Summary
In this lesson, you have reviewed the four levels of professional development to enhance teacher and student growth.  You have also applied appropriate professional development activities and/or resources at each of the four levels to the three required CEO areas of Instructional Content, Instructional Strategies, and Leadership Skills in the CEO Professional Development Time Line and Activities Template.

In Lesson 6 you will create a time line of your identified professional development activities and create a summary as you finalize your CEO Plan. The professional development activities and/or resources you identify in this lesson will become the foundation for completing the CEO process.
