Education Professional Standards Board Notice of Non-Discrimination

Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act states “No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.”

Individuals wishing to file a complaint may do so by filing the Education Professional Standards Board Title VI Complaint Form in order to process a complaint. Assistance is available upon request. Complete the form and return it to the EPSB General Counsel Office at the address listed in the footer of this page.
