Overview

In the previous lesson, you:

• reviewed the four levels of professional development (PD) to enhance teacher and student growth,
• applied appropriate PD activities and/or resources at each of the four levels to the required CEO areas of Instructional Content, Instructional Strategies, and Leadership Skills in the CEO Professional Development Time Line and Activities Template.

In this lesson, you will revisit each piece of the CEO Plan developed thus far. You will also begin to gather and organize the documents used to assist you in the development of the various pieces of your CEO Plan.

Objectives
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to

• establish a realistic time line of professional development activities.

• describe how the CEO Plan addresses the identified needs of the three required CEO areas of Instructional Content, Instructional Strategies, and Leadership Skills.

• summarize how your CEO Plan’s activities impact student learning.
