CEO Artifacts, Lesson 4. Section 4 Assignment B


It is imperative that you provide evidence that supports every indicator of every standard in the CEO Portfolio Rubric. It is possible that some artifacts may serve as evidence for multiple indicators.

 The Selecting and Positioning Artifacts to Support the CEO Portfolio Rubric (Artifact Checklist) is designed to suggest the types of portfolio artifacts a candidate might consider.  Remember that an external scoring team will be looking for successful demonstration of each indicator.

 Click the link below to view suggested types of portfolio artifacts you might consider collecting. This document has generic samples for all the indicators strictly for instructional and review purposes. Your potential artifacts should align to your particular CEO Plan. 


Selecting and Positioning Artifacts to Support the CEO Portfolio Rubric Sample

Use the Artifact Checklist to begin to collect comprehensive evidence and/or artifacts to meet the standards throughout the remaining phases of CEO.  Review artifacts with your coach to ensure they are of high quality, reflecting advanced-level performances. 

 

Assignment B

Using the Selecting and Positioning Artifacts to Support the CEO Portfolio Rubric, identify at least two potential artifacts for each standard you might use to meet the requirements of your CEO Plan. You will not need to identify the Binder and sections as this time.  By providing examples, you will begin to formulate an understanding of the required artifacts to meet your goals and objectives and each indicator of the Kentucky Teacher Standards.
 
Your potential artifacts should be specific to your particular needs, goals, and objectives. As you progress throughout the CEO process, you should begin making notation on your artifacts rubric for each particular indicator. 

For the final submission of your completed CEO Portfolio you will provide evidence for each indicator, identifying the Binder and section where the evidence for each indicator will be found.  Review the sample provided in the Selecting and Positioning Artifacts to Support the CEO Portfolio Rubric as your guide.
